About Phoebe

Phoebe is passionate about sport and physical activity. She grew up playing soccer, hockey, and flag football, and continues to keep busy in her adult life. She spins, runs, lifts weights, and skis in the winter. With her knowledge of the body and her passion for an active lifestyle, Phoebe is the right Athletic Therapist for everyone.

In her clinic, Phoebe helps people of all ages and populations get back to work, play, and sport. Whether you need to return to your beer league hockey, or playing with your kids, Phoebe is there for you.

Phoebe also has extensive experience in the field. She has worked with university soccer, professional Ultimate Frisbee, college volleyball and basketball, club rugby, and many more. In her 9 years of experience in the Athletic Therapy field, she has developed an understanding of what the body needs to recover from injury, and the safest and quickest way to get you back to your full potential.

Phoebe’s goal as an Athletic Therapist is to educate and guide clients toward feeling the best they can in their sport or in their daily lives. She focuses on the root cause of your injury, resulting in speedier recovery and longer lasting results. Balance in life is very important, and doing the things you love is crucial to keeping a healthy mind and healthy lifestyle!
