“It is difficult to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle as a graduate student, but it is even more difficult to do so with recurring hip and lower back pain. Last year, I found myself much more sedentary than usual because of this pain, and in search of some way to get back to normal. From assessment to treatment to remedial exercises, Phoebe’s approach is always very methodical, and she’s great at explaining her steps and keeping me engaged in the process. “In March of 2019, I had my ACL repaired along with meniscus and MCL reconstruction. I started coming to see Phoebe two months after my surgery.
